**What You Will Do**:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents, providing accurate and timely communication updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor incident queues and communication channels, ensuring all incoming messages are acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather incident details and translate technical information into clear, and non-technical language.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during high-pressure situations.
- Document incident communication procedures, best practices, and lessons learned to improve communication processes continuously.
- Help the Incident Commander in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance incident response and stakeholder communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in incident communication and stakeholder management.

- A bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations or experience in a related field is preferred.

- Possess a high level of attention to detail and can maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
- Collaboration and teamwork are second nature of yours, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Eager to learn and develop your communication skills in a multifaceted and challenging environment.
- You are passionate about technology and have a natural orientation towards the IT world, staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the industry.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain composed during high-stress incidents.
- Knowledge of technical concepts and terminology related to IT infrastructure operations.
- Working in a 12-hour shift model (day/night)
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
**Bonus Skills**:
- Familiarity with incident management processes and frameworks.
- Previous experience in incident response, stakeholder communication, or in a similar field.
