Junior / Intern Developer

Creditinfo is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to fill the position of Junior Developer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the design and development of chatbot applications for fintech services. This includes coding, debugging, and testing chatbot functionalities.
• Work closely with senior developers, AI specialists, and product managers to understand requirements and integrate feedback into development.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in chatbot technology, AI, and machine learning. Apply this knowledge to enhance the chatbots capabilities.
• Manage and analyze chatbot interaction data to identify patterns, improve conversation flows, and enhance user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the chatbot application.
• Document code changes, development processes, and user guides for the chatbot system.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or others relevant to chatbot development.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data and technical problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
