**Responsibilities**:
- **HR Business Partners Administration**:
- Act as a crucial link between HR and other departments, ensuring that HR services align seamlessly with the evolving needs of the business.
- Provide strategic HR consultancy to department heads and hiring managers, offering insights on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Assist in the implementation of department-specific HR initiatives, working closely with leadership to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- **Collaborative Leadership**:
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and provide proactive solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads, offering guidance on employee relations, talent retention, and organizational development.
- **Data-Driven Decision-Making**:
- Utilize analytical skills to assess workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key metrics, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis, contributing to a more agile and responsive HR function.
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist or provide support in performance evaluation process
- Train managers on effective performance management and feedback technique.
- **Rolling out HR initiative**:
- Trigger the search for new positions, training programs, and team—building activities.
- Provide support to managers in executing these initiatives.
- **Capacity Management**:
- Monitor and analyze workforce utilization to optimize resource efficiency, ensuring teams are appropriately staffed.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand current and future business needs, forecasting workforce requirements accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategies to bridge gaps between existing workforce capabilities and anticipated demands.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partner role or a comparable position
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (or a related field) is a plus
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and forecast workforce needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and provide strategic HR advice
- Experience in implementing HR initiatives at the department level
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to navigate complex HR issues and provide effective solutions that align with business objectives
