Front-End Developer (React) - LegalTech

We are looking for a Front-End Developer with React experience to join our growing front-end team. You will be working on cutting-edge legal tech products used by the largest legal firms in Central Euope. As a key member of our small team, youll have the opportunity to directly influence how we develop our applications. We value a proactive attitude and independence, and you will work closely with our backend team to bring innovative solutions to life.

How we work

We organize our development through GitHub, where we assign issues to developers and track progress. Every week, we hold a sync meeting to discuss upcoming plans and coordinate efforts between the front-end and back-end teams. Your responsibilities will be split between coding new features and refactoring / bugfixing.

We highly value a proactive mindset, where you propose improvements or challenge existing solutions and designs. 

Since our core product is an MS Word plugin, you’ll become familiar with the Office JS SDK. We are continuously striving to improve the plugin’s responsiveness and performance, so we welcome any performance optimization ideas you may bring to the table.

You Would Be a Great Fit If

• You have at least 1 year of experience with React and TypeScript
• You have experience in web application development
• You are proactive and eager to learn
• You speak English - we are an international team
• You are located in a timezone within ±3 hours of Central European Time
