/uD83D/uDE4BWe are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Junior Event Manager to join our team.
**The Skills and Experience You Need to Have**:
**Online & Offline Event Planning & Organization**: At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in planning and organizing online & offline events.
**Project Management Capabilities**: Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and quality results.
**Relationship Building**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
**Self-Driven & Proactive**: A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively tackle challenges and new tasks.
**What Youll Do**:
**Drive Execution Details**: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of selected offline and online events at Keboola, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets its objectives.
**Project Management & Coordination**: As part of your role, you will manage and coordinate event projects, working closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
**Collaborate with Teams**: You will work in cooperation with other event managers and the entire marketing team, contributing to the overall success of the events program at Keboola.
**Enhance Event Experience**: Your role will involve innovating and contributing ideas to enhance the event experience for both offline and online formats, ensuring each event is engaging and impactful.
**Continuous Improvement**: Regularly evaluate and provide feedback on event processes and outcomes, aiming for continuous improvement in event management practices.
