**About the position!**
You will work closely with Portfolio Brand Managers on brand strategy, product launches, communication, profitability, and performance. Being the supportive force in our brand marketing team youll participate and coordinate campaigns, execute tailor-made activations, gift winning promotions and handling ad hoc operational requests, doing daily administrative tasks.
The position offers a unique opportunity to develop new knowledge and skills in a multinational environment and gain real business experience.
Lets face it, its FMCG but with a twist of investor mindset with a heat of dynamics. But you know how to juggle multiple projects. And nothing gives you as much rush as a successful landing of the campaign, growing sales numbers and profitability.
**So what does it take to be successful in this role?**
Marketing is in your DNA and you have a vision how to go digital. People often say to you "You are obsessed with our consumer!"
Ideally you minimum 1 year of marketing experience with different brands at an international company - preferably FMCG company or agency.
You are brand driven, you know what it takes to freshen up a brand, and you know how to increase market share. As analytical person you have a good financial understanding, and you know it is very important, same as the creative part. You are also able to translate it to easy-to-understand recommendations.
Moreover, you have passion for driving business and ambition to create breakthrough results and determination to grow your own portfolio. Experience in cross-regional projects is more than welcome. Can-do attitude, open communication style, curiosity - these are your strengths.
As you will be working across regions, fluent Czech and advanced English is a must.
