**About the role**:
- The _**_Junior Accountant_**_ will_ perform daily accounting tasks, including cash collections and other administrative duties for the team.
**In this role, you will**:
- Assist in the monthly close process, booking of travel expenses.
- Cash collection.
- Actively participate in team projects, including but not limited to SOX testing, internal and external audits, and partnering with other departments.
- Demonstrate Hach and Veralto accounting policies and procedures.
- Successfully manage competing priorities in a deadline driven environment with professional mobility and agility.
**It would be a plus if you could also**:
- Perform ad hoc analysis focused on operational efficiencies.
- Identify, develop, and implement standard work and efficiency improvements.
- Drive continuous process improvement using VES (Veralto Enterprise Systems) tools.
**Are you qualified?**
- 2 to 4 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results.
- Use of financial reporting tools including experience with a large ERP, Oracle preferred, and Microsoft office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Able to learn and implement standard work processes.
- Motivated, results oriented self-starter who will actively work to expand existing skills.
