Join Notino as an HR Group Team Leader!
Notino is the leading online retailer for perfumes and cosmetics across Europe, delivering to happy customers in 25 countries. Our rapid growth means we’re constantly expanding our team, and now we're on the lookout for a skilled HR Group Team Leader to help us manage this exciting journey.
You will be responsible for leading recruitment for our divisions Retail, Notino Partner, Logistic which is pushing the boundaries of e-commerce as well as overseeing our Retail operations, now boasting 25 stores across 7 European countries, including the Czech Republic.
We’re looking for leader who will:
- bring 2-3 years of proven experience as leader in recruitment role and understand the ins and outs of the process
- be great at targeting top priorites, bringing new ideas and make our processes more effective
- have a business-oriented mindset, great communications and leadership skills
- have fluent English in written & spoken form at least at a B2-C1 level
- feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- know how to work with and interpret key data
- be skilled in using social media for HR purposes, especially LinkedIn
- seeking a challenge, aren’t afraid of change, and think outside the box
What will you be doing?
- leading recruitment team of 5 members in Czech Republic and in 2 members in abroad
- managing projects within HR strategies, opening new countries, recruitment, and KPI management
- gradually getting involved in company long term projects
- creating regular reports, presentations, and preparing recruitment strategies for your area
- working closely with HRBPs, Business managers and Personal Agencies
- mapping out new sources and innovative methods for attracting candidates
- utilizing daily tools like ATS (Recruities), career pages, recruitment agencies, and LinkedIn headhunting.
- leading end-to-end recruitment for top positions
