Algoteque is looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our team! If youre a Java wizard with a knack for building efficient and reliable web services, wed love to have you on board! What Youll Do Develop new and maintain existing web services using Java (11), Spring MVC, and HibernateTransform business requirements into testable features within an agile environmentDesign and implement RESTful APIs using SpringDocument features and changes as part of the SDLC process Collaborate with the team in code reviews, daily scrum activities, and moreMaintain build & deployment configurations
Profile / Requirements :
3+ years of Java development experience, proficient in all stages of the SDLCStrong knowledge of Spring Framework in a service-oriented architectureExperience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs with Spring MVCUnderstanding of SQL and Hibernate ORM, with experience using PostgreSQLBasic understanding of AWS services (Lambda is more than just a Greek letter to you )Ability to work closely with business analysts and translate their requirements into codeComfortable debugging, writing unit tests, and proposing effective solutions to various issuesBonus Points Familiar with modern build tools like GitHub ActionsRegularly use Docker and TerraformExperience working in highly regulated environmentsWhy Join Algoteque?
