ITIL Incident Manager
POPIS POZICE:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Incident Manager - Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Brno or Prague and help us keep our key systems and services running seamlessly. Our team is responsible for the infrastructure and operations of all production systems and services, covering both on-premises solutions and cloud-based data centers. In this role, you will ensure rapid and effective resolution of incidents with minimal impact on operations and daily activities.
What awaits you in this position:

Incident Management: Coordinating and escalating complex technical problems to ensure swift and efficient resolution.
- Team Coordination: Engaging specialists in servers, virtualization, networks, security, and external vendors as needed.
-The technical resolution will be their responsibility.
- ITIL Methodology Compliance: Ensuring all incidents are handled according to ITIL best practices and processes.
- Cross-Company Communication: Collaborating with internal customers and infrastructure teams.
- Technical Expertise: Providing support in problem analysis, brainstorming solutions, and quickly identifying technically optimal resolutions.

POŽADAVKY:
- Professional experience in managing major incidents in an IT environment, minimum 3 years
.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and application systems.
- Ability to diagnose, analyze, and propose solutions for complex technical issues.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional IT teams.
- Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Knowledge of the ITIL framework or other incident management processes
.
- Precision in documenting all incident management activities
.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level—both spoken and written
