IT Support Specialist with Java & SQL - Junior Friendly!
About the Company: Our client is a global software company that helps businesses work smarter. The company is one of the largest vendors of ERP and other enterprise applications.
As a IT Support Specialist, youll leverage your Java and SQL expertise to resolve customer issues on the internal company applications and provide an exceptional support experience on enterprise-level applications.
POPIS POZICE:- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using Java and SQL
- Support customers in real-time via chat, phone, and online channels
- Track and manage cases in the ticketing system
- Communicate issue statuses effectively with customers
- Create and update resources for the User Community and internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
PROFIL KANDIDÁTA:
- Practical experience with SQL and Java
- Bachelors degree in IT
- At least 1 year in tech support, development, IT or QA
- Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
