IT Support Engineer
**EUC L2 White Glove Service**:
- Performs installation of desktop software products as approved by client.
- 4-5 Years of experience into end user computing
- Able to support Windows & basic iMac devices break fix Issues.
- Able to reimage the laptops and install approved software’s.
- Shipping and receiving the laptops from users & vendors.
- Completes necessary administrative work to track and demonstrate completion of tasks.
- Participates and communicates effectively with team members.
- Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, and improved customer relations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft desktop products.
- Strong End Client communication skills, Able to communicate in Local Language
- Good knowledge of in ITIL Process.

- Responsible to work with all technology team member to ensure proper maintenance of the LAN, Wireless, MAN and WAN voice and data networks.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi tools (Ekahau and NetAlley) for wireless survey and troubleshooting wireless networks.
- Locate the building, floor, room and rack where the device needs to be replaced and must be aware of all the rooms/racks where network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, Access points) are present.
- Racking and stacking of network equipment.
- Identify the new equipment which is to be installed at the site.
- Unpack and inspect the new equipment against the bill of material.
- Power on the device, perform documented pre-check and tests.
- Provide remote hands-feet support to NOC team.
- Carry all necessary tools (tool kit, safety gear, Rj45 patch cord, USB pen drive, console cable, laptop, label printers) needed for Equipment Installation.
- Facilitate with the equipment delivery in/out of the site.
- Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all data network equipment such as router, LAN switch, firewall, wireless, servers, backup systems, network management and diagnostic tools, etc.
- Understanding of networking protocols
- Basic understanding of network & security technologies.
- Behaves in a professional manner, adheres to workplace policies, and maintains hygiene.

Pay: 800,000.00Kč - 900,000.00Kč per year
