**Position**:
**Position Introduction
As an IT Support Adminstrator, you will be part of a global IT team, acting as a 2nd line IT Support Admin supporting mainly all employees and systems within the Czech Republic but also in other offices across the world. You will be responsible for upgrading network systems in the offices, performing updates on the firewall, setting up hardware, licensing management, working on inventory and procurement of IT assets. We do have offices in Prague and in Brno, this role is based in Prague. It is required to be on-site when needed (approximately few times a week).
**Responsibilities**
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests (via ticket system) while communicating with employees throughout the process
- Help setting up computers (PC and Mac), necessary peripherals, and software for new and current employees
- Management of corporate tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Jamf, Intune, Office 365, Jira, and Confluence
- Problem investigation and diagnosis
- Solution implementation
- Documentation of actions and findings
- Proactive support. On-going maintenance and monitoring of systems in accordance with appropriate plans
- Maintaining inventory of Corporate IT assets up to date
- Participate in the procurement process of Corporate IT assets

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an IT Support role
- Good problems solving skills - “troubleshooting possibly”
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Windows, Exchange)
- Experience with the Apple ecosystem
- Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN. Experience with Fortinet would be a plus)
**We value**
- Familiarity with SCCM/MDT and Jamf (or similar MDM)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for IT and technology
- Knowledge of PC hardware with experience in diagnosing problems
