For any issues related to SAP BI systems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing and implementing all necessary changes to production security devices in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

* 2nd + 3rd level SAP support and SAP build.
* Monitor the SAP BW system for performance issues, perform regular system maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation.
* Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Assist superusers with BW-related issues and queries.
* Adaptation of current systems to new technologies and new SAP product lines, change management.
* Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions.
* Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
* Work closely with other IT teams, such as Basis, ABAP, and business analysts.

Combined build/run mindset:

* Technical skills and knowledge in SAP BI related area, BW/4HANA, SAP BEx
* Can do and taking ownership attitude
* Positive mindset
* Good communications skills in English
