Who We Are
We are Group IT Security at EmbedIT, responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring a global security framework that safeguards the data of millions of customers within the PPF Group, including Home Credit.
We are a dynamic division of 30+ professionals specializing in information security, cloud security, and enterprise architecture. Currently, we´re looking for a dedicated team member to take on the role of IT Security and Administrative Analyst. In this position, you will assist with various administrative tasks while actively contributing to crucial analytical, reporting, and awareness initiatives.
For whom is this position intended?
We are seeking an individual who embraces both administrative responsibilities and actively participates in security tasks and activities without hesitation. If you are someone who is new to the field and eager to learn, this opportunity is perfect for you. Administrative and specific security activities will be allocated for fifty: fifty.
Your future role
Support for Division Head and division - Handling travel requests and timesheets. Providing administrative support, organizing events, and ensuring effective communication.
Analytical, Reporting, and Awareness Activities - Engage in crucial data analysis from various security monitoring solutions, vulnerability management tools, and data loss prevention systems. Utilize this data to create tailored reports using platforms like PowerPoints, PowerBI, Visio, or MS projects. Additionally, support our security awareness campaigns and contribute to the exploration of new areas such as AI for security.
Business Development - Help with visually appealing and informative service offer documents for external clients. Support business growth efforts.
Your experience and skills
Minimum one year of experience in an administrative or security role, demonstrating proficiency.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Adept at working collaboratively within a team, but also capable of independently handling tasks when required.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every aspect of your work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
An advanced level of proficiency in both English and Czech/Slovak languages is a must, enabling seamless communication across our diverse organization and external clients.
