What You Bring


  • 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B IT Sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, HRTech, or Consulting). 
  • Previous experience working in companies like Hays, Qperior, Solcom, or similar. 
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
  • Confidence in dealing with decision-makers and international clients
  • Proficiency in CRM systems 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset. 
  • Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for intercultural collaboration
