Do you have experience in project management, leading a team, adhering to agreed-upon timelines, and managing the financial budget of the project? If youre ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic team, please reach out. Wed love to have you on board.
**Required Skills**:
Demonstrated expertise as a project manager overseeing custom or product software development from the suppliers perspective, preferably within the banking sector
Familiarity with project methodologies, procedures and tools used in software development, including a technical perspective (PRINCE2 and PMI certifications)
Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence is essential
Strong customer relationship orientation with the ability to understand their real needs, empathize with their situation, and contribute to solution concepts and coordinate technical proposals
Collaboration in project preparation and pre-sales support (budget creation, timeline planning, etc.)
Emphasis on professional conduct and organizational skills, with the ability to process and prioritize
Proficient negotiation and presentation skills at the business level in both Czech and English
Eagerness to stay on top of the latest trends in software development
A team player who can bring tasks to completion and motivate team members appropriately

This is your role:_**
- Youll be the key player responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of projects, including crafting detailed project plans and collaborating on proposal development
- Conduct risk analysis and management, report discrepancies, propose new solutions and standards
- Your responsibilities will also include compiling, reviewing, and presenting project outputs for company leadership, customers, and the implementation team members
- Motivate and lead project team members, drawing on your experience
- Leverage your prior experience in negotiating to maintain and develop customer relationships
