* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users * Ensuring the operations and management of IT infrastructure and systems * Monitoring and diagnosing issues in the network and infrastructure * Resolving incidents and problems in collaboration with the team * Implementing new technologies and procedures to improve IT operations
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical environment * Good knowledge and practical experience with operating systems (Windows) and networks * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with various IT infrastructures * Experience in server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems * English language for communication * Work independently with general supervision, taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects
