**General description of your responsibilities**:
**Duties will also include**:
- Servicing multiple sites and distributed infrastructure
- Assist in maintaining the corporate standard Applications, Servers, LAN, WAN, WLAN and Security.
- Support to resolve complex issues and escalations with 2nd and 3rd level.
- Perform documentation, support implementation and adherence of new and/or improved IT processes following Trelleborg IT standards.
- Would be assigned projects in the course of their work.
**What you will be responsible for**:
- Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance on all aspects of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management.
- Support of asset management processes following defined Trelleborg Policies and IT standards.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the first/single point of contact for all Trelleborg users. Communicates known solutions to end-users in a user-friendly and professional manner.
- Administration and reporting of user service requests as defined by IT management.
- Escalate incidents to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be solved within defined time frames.
- Education of users based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems.
- Active contribution to 2nd level group activities where required.
- Support implementation of new and/or improved IT processes following Trelleborg IT standards.
- Improvement of personal skills within the area of responsibility.
- Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
- Contribute ideas to improve IT processes/services.
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals.
**What we expect from you**:
- Education and experience in technical computer and networking service support.
- Associates degree of computer science or Bachelors degree is preferred but equivalent combinations of education, experience, and certification will be considered.
- A minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a preferably global IT organisation supporting Microsoft platforms underlined by respective training certificates, such as MCP, CCNA; MCSE or equivalent.
- Experienced in working in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Experienced in interacting with and management of external suppliers & service providers
- Good verbal/conversational and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively
- High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment.
- Ability to travel internationally
- Ability in working in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment.
- Ability to cooperate with technology teams, managements and end users.
