POPIS POZICE:
Are you experienced in providing support within the general IT infrastructure?

Would you call yourself an IT Infrastructure Specialist with knowledge of AD, but also automation languages such as Powershell or any other?

What you will do on a daily basis:
- Manage the execution of IT platform and infrastructure standards set by Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with defined processes

Coordinate and verifies details from Corporate IT guidelines to guarantee smooth implementation and compliance

- Oversees Change, Demand, and Enhancement requests, actively managing and implementing necessary changes, while monitoring response and execution times
- Facilitate seamless communication among IT teams, application owners, and demand stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned

Collaborate on IT inventory management and supports improvements to the configuration management system for better control
- Assist in the deployment and execution of corporate IT projects and standards, ensuring they meet defined objectives
- Proactively addresse and resolves incidents and support requests, ensuring minimal disruption to services

- Focus on the continuous improvement and automation of IT infrastructure services, driving efficiency
- Right in the beginning of your trial period, you will travel abroad for a few days to learn the ropes abroad! (within EU)

POŽADAVKY:
What do we expect from you:
- According to the Czech labour law, you need to hold a valid work permit
- Proficiency in English (B2+)
- At least 3 years of experience managing and configuring MS Windows infrastructure (both HW/SW)
- Proficient in automation scripting languages (PowerShell, VBS, VBA, BAT, AutoIT)

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Patch Management processes
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows systems and related technologies

Familiarity with hardware and driver configurations

Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Fluent in business-level English (both spoken and written)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Comfortable working in a remote team environment

Strong problem-solving abilities

What is nice to have:
- Experience with Ivanti DSM and MS Intune is a plus
