**IS Analyst - Teamleader**
**Location**: Rychnov nad Kněžnou or Prague
**Reports to**: IT Manager East Europe
**Job description and responsibilities**:
We seek someone with a willingness to travel and an inspiring and engaging leadership style.
This position reports directly to the IT Manager East Europe.
**Other responsibilities**:
- Communicate with end users and suppliers to clarify issues.
- Harmonize requirements from a functional, technical and organizational point of view.
- Works closely with the infrastructure team.
- Project management based on the EMEIA methodology.
**The skills and experience you need**:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 10+ years of managerial experience in IT roles
- Has software development and IT project experience - advantage is knowledge of MS SQL, Power BI, Reporting services or PowerApps
- Has previous experience of working with an ERP platform
- Possesses strong influencing and communication skills, along with an openness and positivity towards change
- Previous experience with ServiceDesk tool or maintenance agreements is advantage.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Czech and English
