Polsko

Billing management – electronic billing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), e-invoicing, > Familiarity with billing systems.
Invoicing management, e-invoicing.
Customer service (order management).
IT – application management, ERP systems.
Accounts Receivable Accountant.
Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting roles.
Proficiency in SAP.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
German language proficiency at least at B2 level.

Part of the global data management team of an SSC-sector, serving as a dedicated resource overseeing the Bank Data Security team. Collaborates with data owners, master data specialists, subject matter experts in treasury and procurement, and external service providers to ensure high standards of bank data security in line with global guidelines. Responsibilities

Ensure the execution of key controls within the established operational framework.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are consistently met.
Analyze the reasons for rejected invoices, prepare corrections, collaborate with other departments to improve invoice flow, implement software solutions, and address issues related to ERP systems (e.g., electronic data exchange).
Ensure high-quality monthly closing and reporting processes.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Generate and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Service teams to resolve order discrepancies and customer issues.
Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries, resolving issues related to billing.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the order-to-cash process and improve overall efficiency.
