Inventory Systems Developer
**Role Purpose**
Inventory Systems Developer will be part of Amdocs Network Inventory Management Systems team. Responsible for development and management of Network inventory, including modelling, deployment, and administration. Role involves system development in Linux OS with Java technologies including Spring framework and Oracle database technologies.
**Key responsibilities**
- Participate in the Amdocs Inventory systems installation/upgrade, hotfixes installation and system maintenance (ARM and ANN)
- Participate in the rollout of Amdocs OSS Inventory tool (Cramer) changes into Operations and Software Support
- Work with suitable OSS technologies from evaluation to production deployment
- Development of automation solutions
- Development of data reports
- Development of logical and physical network inventory models using Amdocs proprietary tools
- Adhere to Change Control, Change Log, and Downtime Log procedures for all critical services
- Create & maintain a set of processes & procedures to ensure best practice is employed in the support of these solutions
- Server infrastructure management and configuration
- Responsible for First line support
- Responsible for testing
**Individual Profile**
- Strong IT experience
- Java experience
- Spring Core, Spring MVC and Spring Boot
- Experience in OOPs programming concepts
- Oracle PL/SQL and SQL programming experience
- Linux knowledge
- Ansible experience is additional advantage
- HTML5 experience is additional advantage
- Java Script experience is additional advantage
- Amdocs OSS Inventory tools (ARM and ANN) development knowledge/experience advantageous but not mandatory
