Our Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring stock levels in the BNFL warehouses are on the right level to fulfill the customer orders. This is done by balancing stock levels between all locations in the network: analyze stock projection of all products (finished goods and empties) on different locations and launch right actions. Another aspect of the role is to align on and assign stock to export orders and flag availability issues for the different warehouses in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

What will you be doing:
- Stock balancing between ABI locations inside BNFL by creating daily planning
- Analyze the need of products produced in BNFL plants according to forecast and approve orders
- Solve ad hoc issues with stock availability
- Decide from which location orders will be sourced
- Flag risks on stock age (obsolete management)
- Align on solutions with breweries in case of high stock levels
- Attend routine meetings with supply and commercial teams to discuss stock issues
- Escalate potential out of stocks
What youll bring:
- 1+ year experience working in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Analytical and creative problem solving mindset
- Experience with process improvement is an advantage
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects
- Highly customer & service oriented mindset
