Other services such as development and valuation of insurance products, HR, optimization and unification of processes or management accounting are an integral part.We are looking for an Internal Auditor, who would objectively and independently assess and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the resource allocation.This role covers following activities * Maintain and develop internal audit procedures and processes * Establish and maintain a regular audit plan * Advise the CEO, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of the company on the effectiveness of the internal control system * Issue recommendations based on the audit activities * Monitor risks and evaluate their possible impacts * Report to CEO, Board of Directors and Audit Comittee on its activities and all findingsYour profile * Proven experience in insurance or financial services sector * Strong knowledge of audit principles and frameworks * Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English * High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and error identification * Strong commitment to ethical standards * Risk-based approach to problem solving and decision making * Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and colleaguesWhat we offer * Possibility to work in a dynamic and professional team in an international company with a strong background. * Flexibility in the form of a flexible working week, when you choose the beginning and end of your working hours. * A wide range of interesting benefits - 5 weeks of vacation, free days, 18.000 points per year to cafeteria for culture, sport, education and other activities; meal vouchers (211 Kč/day), generous pension contribution, etc. * The opportunity to learn from experts in your field, you can look forward to professional and soft trainings with us.
