**Job Responsibility**:
- Lead, manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the team to achieve business goals.
- Build, communicate and execute the strategy and long-term plans in area of IT infrastructure.
- Propose and communicate principles, rules, and policies for infrastructure environment according local and global company strategy, guidelines, and rules.
- Cooperate and align local activities with VF Group units.
- Manage the team priorities based on business/projects/IT requirements.
- Cooperate with other departments to monitor the effectiveness of IT infrastructure environment
- Cooperate with Security and other teams to ensure stable, secure, and supported IT systems.
- Setup and continuous improvements of IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) concept.
- Ensure all IT systems are developed and implemented using in accord with company standards.
- Propose and execute efficient IT capital and operating budgets spending.
- Provide Service reporting and Key Performance Indicators analysis.
- Manage internal and external vendors, challenge vendors on their cost, effort, time estimates.
- Review IT architecture vendor support contracts to control costs and identify opportunities for service improvements and cost savings.
- Actively search for new approaches to be used in company infrastructure domain; initiate the activities for improvements.
- Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor in assigned areas.
