As an Insurance Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for making sure insurance premiums, broker fees, claims, and other insurance-related invoices are processed and paid in due time. You will collaborate closely with our employees, brokers, service providers, and other external parties and work together on a smooth delivery.

What will you be doing:
- Make sure that insurance claims are treated in the required manner.
- Be the SPOC for the WEZ countries’ insurance-related matters and the contact for all insurance-related matters (property, liability, and all others), claim handling and related financial questions. Key contact with employees, brokers, service providers, and other external parties. Assist country employees with insurance contracts and other occurring questions.
- Make sure insurance premiums, broker fees, claims, and other insurance-related invoices are processed and paid in due time.
- Provide input for the annual budget for insurance-related costs, track and monitor them on a monthly basis (actual vs. budget), and report them to Zone.
- Provide claim and cost statistics.
What youll bring:
- High level of English and German knowledge (oral and written skills)
- University degree in Economics/Business/ Finance or 1-2 years of relevant prior experience (insurance handling or risk management)
- Good computer skills required: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point) / SAP is an advantage
- Good analytical skills / Attention to detail / Punctuality / Reliability, adhere to deadlines / Highly structured and systematic approach
- Accounts Payable, General Accounting/Finance or Customer Support experience an advantage
