Good user level of MS Office. Experience in SAP is an asset. Presentation skills

**Purpose of the job**:The data quality of the installed base is currently very low. Since we see the same data issues in all CCs, we want a coordinated and central approach to data cleanup and IB management.

**Principal **accountabilities**:
- Assist Customer Centers in improving their Installed Base data.
- Develop some basic data analysis to identify problem areas.
- Orchestrate mass cleanup actions.
- Liaise with our Master Data Management hub when processes are lacking.
- Structurally grow the competence of the Customer Center, supporting the adoption of best practices.
- Build the relationship with the Customer Center IBE (Installed Base Expert) for the onboarding of their support process into the Process Hub.
- Support the marine hub with installed base management.
- Day to day maintenance of Customer Center Installed Base data.
- Support Installed Base team in rollout of new system functionalities towards the Customer Centers.
- Occasional travel to the supported countries may be required.
