We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our Services team as Inbound Sales Representative with the Hungarian language.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a set of mid-market end users via phone to source potential business opportunities.
* Recruiting and nurturing end users in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel
* Using an assigned set of accounts with closed IT budgets to assure customers spend all their budgets to 100% (cross- and up-selling).
* Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in targeted companies.
* Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline.
* Review client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
* Communicating client feedback to appropriate parties to follow up potential business.
* Timely response and resolution of incoming customer call regarding customer inquiries and requests.
* Communicating commercial and technical service proposals and ensuring such proposals are technically and commercially sound.
* Forecasting business and developing a strong relationship with existing accounts.
* Administering CRM tools, virtual portals, and SharePoint on a daily basis.
* Collaborating with Country Field Managers and Engaging Resources to Finalize Sales Projects.
* Attending business trips when necessary.
