We are currently seeking a **Inside Sales Representative **to join our **Honeywell HPS Sales Team in Prague **office reporting to the **HPS Regional Sales Manage**r.
You will focus on supporting the Sales Manager, Account Managers and Sales Engineers in the coordination of sales process tasks; increase overall productivity of the Sales Front Office Team through support and assist as instructed with customer service.
Leverage systems and tools to accurately maintain customer information, opportunity status information, order status information.
**Role Key Responsibilities**:
- Prompt handling of customer requests routed via Account Managers and Sales Engineers.
- Preparation of responses to customers requests for Sales Engineer or Account Manager.
- Reliable and standard workflow and work practices Identify & mitigate legal risks connected with non-standard conditions & proposed changes in contractual documents.
- Business Relationships: Sales Front Office Team focal point for providing price and delivery information; customer interface for providing information and order status.
- Sales Process: Expedites customer orders and verifies accuracy to ensure on-time delivery, manages branch transactions, records, and adjustments; handles customer queries as required, provides customer assistance in ordering, catalog distribution, price quotations; manages returns and replacements, and other transactional tasks associated with sales process.
- Customers: Sales Manager, Account Managers, Solution Consultants, Sales Engineers.
- People Management: Manage personal time and workflow to meet established goals; manage customer relationships through excellence in customer service where necessary
**Key Experience & Capabilities**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales support role or similar is preferred.
- Engineering or technical background whether from Academia or Professional experience: Automation, electrical engineering, IT, or any other relevant discipline.
- Fluent Czech and/or Slovak.
- Fluent English language knowledge.
- Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required to provide superb customer service.
- Able to prioritize tasks and activities.
- Exceptional communication skills, oral & written.
- Problem resolution skills Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Understanding of customers’ business including decision making and buying processes.
**Preferred**:
- Team player Process improvement mindset & attitude Goals & result oriented.
- Tenacity for follow through and customer service Persuasive, positive & enthusiastic Desire to learn quickly and think independently.
- Overall knowledge of Honeywell products and solutions.
