Inside Partner Business Manager (DACH)
This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

**You will**:
- support the continued growth of Aruba’s market share in DACH and ensure it maintains market leader status.
- manage an assigned geographic partner sales area to maximize revenues, whilst minimizing cost of sales and meet corporate objectives.
- sell solutions, products and services based on defined territory strategies and plans;
- qualifiy and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure; work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction
- Develops basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, Aruba priorities, and Aruba Technology and communicates value of the portfolios and solutions to better differentiate Aruba from competitors
- build targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven sales activities
- coordinate Aruba activities with the Partner, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements.
- May recruit and develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to Aruba.
**About you**:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems
- Business fluency in German and English language
- Have experience in developing positive relationships, solving customer problems, account management and acquisition
- Have knowledge of companies portfolios, IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
- Ability to look forward and anticipate partner needs, proactively forecasting sales quota and effectively bridging sales gaps.
- Proficient knowledge in a CRM system (f.ex. Salesforce) which allows to manage business relationships and pipeline
- Ability to innovate, think beyond proscribed solutions, and take proactive steps to advance Aruba sales efforts
- Strong sales attitude
- Have proficient communication and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to anticipate, prioritize, proactively forecasting and meet deadlines
