By means of his/her technical knowledge and experience and his customer behavioral skills generate excellent customer satisfaction. Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs. Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed competency of the assigned Quadient systems and processes. Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the hardware and software, articulately and confidently. Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation. Handling hardware or software problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues. Identifying and developing new business through excellent customer contacts and follow-up calls.
