In our marketing department we are seeking for this newly open role - Influencer Specialist. On this position you will be the brains behind our influencer campaigns, making sure we reach the right people with the right message. Ready to make an impact?
**What to expect in the position**:
- Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Fostering strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Overseeing the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization.
- Providing regular performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Monitoring social media to identify emerging influencers and trends.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. No degree? No problem. Show us your skills through past projects!
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- English B2 with willigness to get C1 + Czech C1.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms like Traackr, Modash is a plus
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
