Josef Bešta- Chief Operations Officer- With the growth of 2N, the needs in the area of Industrialization are also increasing. To meet todays and future challenges, we have taken a step to isolate the Industrialization department and set up reporting directly to the COO. We are looking for a head for this newly organized department who will lead the Industrialization team through the next BIG phase.

**What will you do at our company?**:
- Systematically develop and scale the industrialization team so that industrialization keeps pace with the dynamic growth of 2N and its needs, both now and in the future
- Manage and motivate a team of 6 managers and a total of 40+ people (as of today)
- Ensure the transition of products from development to serial and repeatable production in the shortest possible time, with high quality and appropriate costs
- Collaborate with the R&D team, Production, Procurement, Product Management, and others, being both a partner and a challenger to them
- Actively and continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and industrialization procedures, implementing best practices
- Search for, share, and adopt these best practices (verified procedures and principles) from the parent company AXIS, personal experience and practice, or by sharing with industry colleagues and monitoring trends
- Base processes, projects, and activities on DATA reports and regular dashboards. Report these transparently and precisely, develop them, and report to the 2N MNG
- Communicate with external EMS in the Czech Republic and abroad during the introduction of new products into serial production or the maintenance and transfer of existing ones
- Collaborate with external suppliers on the development and production of testing technologies
**What do you need to work at the position?**:
- 5 years of experience overseeing the industrialization department at a big company
- Knowledge of the environment of the manufacturing company (electronics& mechanics)
- Experience in cooperation with EMS and have honed the craft of ensuring timely and reliable product introduction
- You are a strong, dynamic, and energetic personality that doesn’t need hand-holding, but is also a team player that we can rely on
- You’ve previously built and led a successful industrialization team and your colleagues appreciated your leadership

- You have an interest in the people you lead and their development
- You are willing to find a compromise that helps to reach common goals (big picture)
- You dont lack an operational or strategic view and have experience in putting together a long-term strategy and vision and then following that

- Your communication and presentation skills are at an excellent level, both in Czech and English language
