This position reports into the Associate Director Project and Portfolio Management, Selfcare and is based in Prague, Czech Republic.

**What You Will Do**
The IMO Analyst and Associate Project Manager is responsible for building of analytical tools to measure our KPI and providing analysis on reports, KPI overview, managing and safeguarding the teams budget in the tools for all functions within our IMO group. You will also be leading small projects on the company priority list. This can include Lifecycle management and Base Business harmonization projects intended to combine Strategic Initiatives, and Business necessity projects setting the stage for a overall cost savings, dual sourcing and GP improvement over the next 3 years.
The IMO Project Manager Associate could also manage Medium/Major project under the supervision and Mentorship by a Sr Project Manager, focusing on execution and monitoring of the project already defined according to the Governance process.
The scope of projects will include Products in all categories in Medicinal Consumer from development / request stage through launch stage (STT).
Composition of project teams is cross-functional (e.g. R&D, Marketing, MS&T, Operations, etc.), and may include outside development partners.
The IMO Project Manager Associate is responsible for delivering project scope and driver for managing risk, timelines and ensuring project processes and standards are followed. The IMO Project Manager Associate may be aligned to several brands and Global Business Units and is responsible for communicating project progress and impact of change, deployment and coordination of project resources, and the overall project.
Responsibilities***
- Create requirements and specifications for business solutions.
- Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals.
- Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies.
- Lead overall project activities and accountable for achieving project goals on time and within the agreed budget.
- Have responsibility for project implementation, after the development and define phase is established, contribute to the definition of the business case if requested. This includes:
- o Project Definition
- o Project Planning
- o Assuring Operational readiness
- o Leading cross functional teams through each phase of the project(s)
- o Co-ordinating all activities to ensure project(s) remains on track
- o Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities
- o Estimating, reporting and delivering agreed financials
- o Liaising, agreeing, involving and communicating all aspects of the project with senior management.
- Lead Process & Governance
- o Enable the fluid process and Sign-off across the EMEA areas of disciplines.
- Support the Sr PM in leading, identifying, communicating, and resolving key issues with executive sponsors or key managers.
- Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organization.

We are seeking an experienced business analyst and Project manager to provide expert-level insight and analysis on our products and services with excellent Project manager skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Project Management experience in pharma and supply chain domains - must have
- Bachelors in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business & Marketing, or appropriate related field, Pharmaceutical and OTC environment is fundamental for the activities execution.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other.
- Data visualization and data analysis experience
- 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional expertise (R&D, Franchise Marketing, Packaging development, Procurement). Pharmaceutical and OTC Product knowledge is a must have.
- Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of team dynamics
