Stay on top of developments in IFRS 13 “Fair Value”
Monitor and ensure the consistent application of fair value policies across all Group entities
Provide unbiased assessments of fair value models and management judgments used in consolidated financial statements
Challenge model outputs to ensure they are reasonable and free from “black box” uncertainties
Deliver insights and recommendations to senior management, regulators, and internal stakeholders
Serve as co-secretary of the Group Valuation Committee, preparing and presenting at meetings and advising on proposals

A Master’s degree in Economics or a mathematical background with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with IFRS standards in banking or insurance
Knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives, shares, bonds) and financial markets
Excellent communication skills in English to discuss technical topics with senior management and external stakeholders
A team player with a proactive attitude, capable of managing multiple deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of synthesizing complex data
A basic knowledge of statistics and interested in working with numbers
