Requirements and expectations include:

• 4+ years’ experience working as an IAM engineer or similar role focused on identity and access administration;
• Skills in configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with working with Azure, EntraID, Active Directory, IGA/IAM/PAM tools;
• Scripting and automation skills within Azure/EntraID environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity;
• Ability to work with geographically distributed and English-speaking cross-functional teams.

Nice to have include: 

• Strong scripting and automation abilities, including PowerShell, Microsoft Automate, Logic Apps, IGA Lifecycle workflows
• Experience in providing Role-Based Access Control solutions for clouds solutions (e.g. Azure);
• Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments;
• Experience in managing CyberArk or other PAM solution
• Certificates or courses – MS: AZ-104/AZ-500/SC-300; Identity Management Institute: Certified Identity and Access Manager; AWS, GCP: equivalent certification.

We are looking for a new team member for the position of Senior IAM Engineer who will drive the work of defining, developing, and implementing an IAM solution that reduces risk and provides resiliency while accelerating business initiatives. The person we are looking for will be working collaboratively with EntraID, Cloud, Network, and Security Architects across the Falck Global organization as well as HR and business stakeholders.
