**IA R&D EOPS Manager - Brno**
We are currently looking for a new team member - **IA R&D EOPS Manager** - to join our Honeywell team in Brno. The main tasks include reporting and analysis of data for the Honeywell Intelligrated Team. You will be in charge of providing overview of projects and resources as well as ad hoc reporting when needed. This role allows you to have an overview of an important business segment and make your mark on a global industry leader organization.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Leads project tie out between Engineering, SBUs and Finance.
- Drive SPS Engineering metrics (Census (SIOP), Say-Do, MF, launch compl, Bill eff/ Timesheet compl, etc)
- Drive ordering process and project expanses in Brno
- Ability to develop and communicate corrective actions from analysis of performance metrics.
- Ability to manipulate/communicate data for non-standard reporting. Develops nonstandard metrics to ensure success.
- Leads process improvements and tool implementation and develops specific related trainings
- Works with customers to prioritize tasks and reports task status and conformance to plans.
- Interacts at all levels of the organizations to lead and support projects and proposals.
- Develop, communicate, implement, and perform.
**Key Experience & Capabilities**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Finance, Accounting or other business-related field or equivalent experience in minimum
- 5-7 years of experience in Data analysis
- Experience on cross functional / multinational environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English, Excel, SAP, Oracle
