**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining the companys document flow for various projects, types of cooperation and jurisdictions
- Conducting a full cycle of employment / dismissal / transfers of employees within projects
- Monitoring and maintaining records of salary revisions of employees
- Full cycle of Onboarding of new employees, receiving feedback within Onboarding
- Maintaining employeess working hours, absences in accordance with jurisdictions and internal rules of the company (projects)
- Monthly data collection from the internal systems of the company according to the gradations, completed plans by employees
- Providing information for the calculation of employees salaries, communication with employees regarding payroll calculations
- Implementation of a CRM system for personnel accounting, updating databases
- Work on the HR brand of the company, tracking negative reviews on websites, publications in social networks
- Organization of 1to1 meetings with employees, feedback, 360 evaluations
- Development and implementation of proposals for staff motivation (material / non-material) within the companys policy
- Organization and holding of online and offline team building and other events aimed at uniting and motivating the team
- Interaction with a full-time Business coach to organize staff training, tracking the effectiveness and results of training
- Writing instructions, internal regulatory documents if necessary
- Control of birthdays of employees and other significant events of the company, organization of congratulations, events together with the Office Manager of the company
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets
- Providing reports
- Other assistance to staff on work issues
