HR Country Operations Delivery Specialist
As the HR Country Operations Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for HR processes, transactions and administration, including:
- processing Leave of Absence requests
- benefit enrollment
- processing new hires and terminations
- managing volume data and report creation
You will also ensure those processes are compliant with labor legislation and employment practice.
- Fluent Czech & English - both spoken and business written
- Preferable 1-2 year experience gained within an HR function
- Basic knowledge of Czech Labor Law would be beneficial - Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic
- Able to handle volume and to work with strict deadlines - Ability to work with detail but at the same time capable of differentiating essential versus non
- essential details
- Administrative skills, data handling and reporting
- Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled
- Self-sufficient and pro-active
- Project Management experience would be advantageous - Experienced of working in a large matrix structure would be an advantage
