We are looking for an experienced **HR Business Partner **to align human resources strategies and practices with the companys business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attract top talents with the recruitment unit and improve overall team skill levels;
- Build an efficient HR environment in hand with business leaders for achieving business objectives;
- Implement goal-setting and performance review mechanisms;
- Reduce employee turnover and increase job satisfaction;
- Improve and manage C&B and L&D programs;
- Do the audit and upgrade the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention;
- Be the business partner and help the C-level team to achieve the goal.
**Key Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, in a product-based IT company or Performance marketing agency (50+ employees);
- Excellent track records in building HR processes on a high systematic level;
- Prior experience in a high-growth organization.
- Deep understanding of how Affiliate marketing works and what that business is;
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment process with a personal head-hunting history;
- Good understanding of business operations and processes;
- Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills;
- English proficiency at B2 (upper-intermediate) level or higher.
