HR and Recruitment Business Partner
Dentons is seeking a **Talent Business & Acquisition Partner** to help us align our staffing strategies with our business goals and objectives.
In this role, you will be a part of talent team working to attract best talent for our operations business functions situated in various countries across Europe, participating in different kind of talent acquisition and employer branding projects supporting firm’s staffing strategies. Furthermore, you will support employee development, plan HR initiatives, manage the onboarding and offboarding process, analyze trends, and consult with the management team.

Y**our responsibilities**
- Partner with European business leaders to understand the current and future talent needs, providing guidance and talent acquisition support.
- Analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, leveraging insights to enhance recruitment strategies and practices.
- Take a part in supporting talent acquisition projects and initiatives, such as EVP development, career site design, diversity recruitment programs, and ATS implementation.
- Resolving complex employee relations issues collaborating with local Talent Teams across Europe.
- Provide daily HR guidance on internal HR processes to line management. Provide HR policies guidance.
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, retention, and productivity.
- Providing expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational development.
- Identifying training needs for teams and individuals in collaboration with management.
**Requirements**:
- 3 - 5 years of proven track record of successful HR partnering with stakeholders across multinational organization.
- Previous experience from international in-house talent acquisition team is advantageous.
- Experience with complex employer branding projects (including EVP design), ATS implementation and inclusive hiring.
- Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially organizational development, change management, and employee relations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, HR programs and practices, including diversity initiatives.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and build relationships within diverse groups.
- Fluent command of Czech and English is a must.
- Comfortable working autonomously and time to time remotely.
