HR Administrator – Polish Language Expertise

For an American multinational company, we are looking for a specialized HR administrator with knowledge of the Polish language to join our dynamic team.
As an HR Administrator, you will:
- Manage key employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, data updates, absence management, transfers, and offboarding.
- Input, update, and maintain HR-related data within set deadlines.
- Create and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.
- Conduct audits and checks.
- Perform internal audits for vendor and payroll-related processes.
- Train new team members on processes and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Daily collaboration with the Polish team.
Co od vás očekáváme
- Background in HR or customer service.
- At least a bachelors degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel proficiency is essential).
- Polish language: Native or highly proficient (C1).
- English language: level B2.
- Strong customer focus.
