Location: Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic #LI-Hybrid
**About the Role**:
- This role offers a good understanding of Human Resources as they have the opportunity to have hands on personnel administration, benefits, various HR systems, projects and get a basic understanding of labor law, payroll& time.
- Also they will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural team from people around the globe and get familiar with the markets of the south cluster.
- Moreover, there are many opportunities to work on projects which will help them to develop further their talent & skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Track service requests and troubleshoots - analyze error messages and questions
- Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and provide guidance and assistance on problems and requests to customers/users through consulting and training
- Support the identification and planning of services P&O (People & Organization) Services will provide.
- Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts
- Perform user administration tasks (e.g. access management).
- Track service requests and troubleshoots - analyze error messages and questions
- Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope.

**Minimum requirements**
**Essential Requirements**:
- Relevant years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Experience in virtual/remote teams preferred
- Bachelors Degree, preferable in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Professional level of English and Dutch
