Our client is a global software company that helps businesses work smarter. The company is one of the largest vendors of ERP and other enterprise applications.
This role is responsible for delivering low to medium-level technical support to the companys customers. You will be the first point of contact for ongoing customer support related to products, processes, and solution applications.
Deliver support (via phone, email, web form, chat, and community) to both internal and external customers (US, EMEA), offering solutions to application and functional issues.
Provide timely updates and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with and escalate issues to relevant departments while acting as an advocate for the customer.
Document all transactions in the CRM system and create content for knowledge base resources.
Požadujeme
Basic technical background, basic SQL understanding is an advantage.
Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues.
Advanced/proficient level of one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian is an advantage.
Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
