Your Role
? Lead and develop teams across three departments, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
? Define and execute the global web strategy, aligning technology with business goals.
? Act as the key stakeholder manager, ensuring priorities are aligned across multiple regions.
? Oversee platform development and operations, ensuring security, compliance, and innovation.
? Manage budgets, vendors, and project roadmaps, delivering high-quality digital solutions on time.
? Champion people and process improvement, ensuring teams have the resources and leadership they need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience leading global web platforms or digital ecosystems.

✅ Deep understanding of modern web technologies and architectures (headless/headful CMS, integrations).

✅ Excellent communication and people management skills – mentor teams and drive collaboration.
