For this reason, we want to expand our team with someone who will join us and become part of our Finance team at Notino, where you'll never get bored. What will you do?

• You will drive operational efficiency and cost reduction across the company by collaborating with corporate governance teams.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance business operations, leading projects to map current processes and design future improvements.
• Prioritize process enhancements that align with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and oversee their implementation.
• Provide direction to business process specialists across departments through matrix management and ensure cohesive team performance.
• Conduct training and coaching on process excellence concepts, tools, and techniques for various teams.
• Collaborate with departments to create impactful process improvement solutions.
• Promote a culture of process excellence and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to monitor process effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Develop and uphold process standards aligned with best practices.
• As a people manager, lead and motivate your team, focusing on recruitment, resource planning, cost management, and fostering a positive, driven work environment.

What do you need for this role?

• Proven capability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• A strong, proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
• Ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and develop strategic solutions.
• A deep understanding of business interdependencies, priorities, and how decisions impact the overall organization.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively, focusing on high-impact activities.
• Proficiency in persuading and guiding stakeholders towards desired outcomes.
• Fluency in English (at least B2+), excellent knowledge of Czech/Slovak.
• Knowledge and practical experience applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
• A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role related to process excellence, quality management, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing process management systems and navigating organizational changes, such as acquisitions or mergers.
• Familiarity with the dynamics and demands of working within a large, process-driven organization.
