Head of IT Operations

The Head of IT Operations is responsible for operative areas in the IT department. These areas serve the Rohlik Group to run efficiently, smoothly and with modern technologies to fulfill the concept of Western European company.
- Teams belonging to IT Operations help with “keep the fire” but also we need to evolve them continuously. And that is also the mail goal for the Head of IT Operations. We need someone with vision and great organizational skills in one person at once.
- This role reports to the CTO directly and takes care of half of the whole IT department approximately.
**Your **responsibilities**
**- **Direct Impact**: Report directly to the CTO and manage a dynamic team responsible for half of our IT department, influencing key areas of:
- DevOps team
- L2 Support team
- Hardware team
- Security team
- ** Innovate and Evolve**: Bring your vision to life by continuously evolving our IT Operations, blending operational excellence with innovative strides to keep us at the forefront of technology.
- **Strategic Influence**: Play a pivotal role in crafting the IT vision and strategy, building and nurturing your team, and aligning our technological infrastructure with the companys ambitious goals.

**Your **experience**
**- A Decade of IT Experience: Bring at least 10 years of IT expertise, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams through technological advancements.
- Managerial Prowess: Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams, with a knack for hiring, nurturing, and retaining top talent.
- Exceptional Skills: Outstanding communication, time management, analytical thinking, and stress tolerance abilities.
- Visionary Thinking: A forward-looking mindset, with a passion for implementing innovations and driving change.

- Infrastructure and FCs connectivity uptime
- L2 support SLA achievements
- Security audit success rate
- Timely and successful project delivery
