• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and managing large PMO functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC and application deployment processes.

Leadership and Mentorship

• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams.
• Proven experience guiding both senior and junior team members to enhance project execution and mitigate risks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align teams toward common goals.

Stakeholder and Client Management

Technical and Analytical Skills

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

As Head of Delivery, you will take charge of end-to-end delivery excellence, ensuring that all projects are completed within scope, on time, and aligned with client Statements of Work. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to risk management, team mentorship, and continuous process improvement to guarantee the flawless execution of client engagements.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, drive project governance, and develop scalable risk management and delivery frameworks.
