• Having hands-on experience with leadership role and having specialization of data management domain 
• Strong understanding of database systems, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), integration patterns, and data platforms. 
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and cloud environments is a plus. 
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent English skills both spoken and written
